General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Duphaston is dihydrogesterone and besides many other indications, this is a most potent drug advised for threatened abortion during pregnancy, also advice for hematoma during pregnancy. So take this medicine as advised by your treating doctor. Hematoma is not so serious, it will resolve itself during treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Het Ram Bishnoi
