Hi I think it is possible to conceive while taking duphaston. You can take it from day 16 or 18 of your periods for 5 to 10 days as prescribed by your doctor. It is a progesterone which supports implantation. Try losing some weight. You can also track your ovulation by repeated ultrasound or by ovulation detection kits and see if ovulation is happening or not. If ovulation is not happening, you may need some medicines like clomiphene for inducing ovulation. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
