Can Duphaston Intake Help Relieve Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder Symptoms Better Than Yaz?

can duphaston help relieve pmdd better than yaz?? i suffer from pmdd. it is severe to the extent that i lay in bed for about 3 weeks a month. i ve been taking yaz for about 1 year. it worked for the first three months only. i am still on yaz but symptoms are getting worse every month. do u recommend switching to duphaston?

Hi, I think you should try some SSRI that means selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors. These are found to be helpful in some patients. Also maintain a healthy diet and do some exercises and yoga regularly. It might help.
