Can Duromine Cause Dark Coloured Vaginal Bleeding?

Ive been using the duromine tablet for 3 days and started some bleeding, but its not like period its a very dark colour and just want to know whether this is the duromine that cause this. Ive been admitted to hospital on a previous occasions for accute liver failure, and scared that i might be having the same problem now. Should i stop with the duromine tablet?
