Can Duromine Help To Reduce Weight And Fertility Factors?

I'm pretty sure common sense has already answered this question for me. But a friend has told me that taking Duromine has helped my sister fall pregnant on her first month of trying. I dont believe this as firstly my other sister and I have concieved 8 children between us and each time we fell pregnant was in the first month of trying. So I believe we are just a fertile family. Could this be true about the duromine. Also my sister was only 80kg before and 70kg afterwards so I wouldnt think her weight would have ever affected her fertilty. Thankyou.
