Can Dytide Be Taken For Edema On Feet?

there is oedema on my feet.im hypertnsive also and take atenolo and nifidepin combination .should i take dytide .some times i suffer from muscular cramps .if i take dytide ,should it be accompained by potassium chloride.what should be the dosage of potklor .
