Can EVADIOL And SUSTAIN 200 Be Taken Together?
HI I HAVE MILD PCOS ALL OTHER REPORTS NORMAL DOC HAS PUT ME ON CLOMID CYCLE AFTER THAT I HAVE TO EAT EVADIOL FOR 15 TH DAYS FROM DAY 8TH AND SUSTAIN 200 FROM DAY 17TH TILL 10 DAYS. SO at some point i have to eat both this tablets together or i have confusion pls answer me soon

Understand your concern
Main problem in the PCOs is hormonal imbalance, absence of ovulation that lead to problem in fertility.
So you are on the correct treatment.
CLOMID is given in starting days of the cycle for around 6-8 days. It induce the ovulation.
And after finishing that you have to start the EVADIOL that contain the estrogen hormone that meet the requirement of the estrogen in first phase of cycle. So take it from the 8th day for 15 days.
SUSTAIN contain progesterone and should e taken after the ovulation means you have to take in the second phase of cycle. So should be start from the 17th day for 10 days.
No any problem you can take both tablet simultaneously.
It is given according to normal menstrual cycle hormone so high chance of fertility and your period will become regularly.
Also do regular exercise like walking and yoga for 45-60 minutes daily in the morning. And reduce the weight if you are obese. Avoid excessive sugar and yogurt. Take small frequent meal rather than large meal.
