Can Ecosprin 75 Tablet Be Taken During Pregnancy?

I have completed 34 weeks 2 days on 22 Apr 2011 for pregnancy. Recently i visited to my doctor and I had been suggested to take Ecosprin 75 tablet,daily. Doctor said uterine artery resistance little bit atone side. My Doppler study says UA R.I = 0.73 and P.I. = 1.31, Liquor volume is normal. Placenta - Fundal posterior & Placenta maturity is grade 'II'. Is it OK?

my Platelet count is 2, 42, 000/cumm. Can i continue taking ecosprin 75 tablet, because on the tablet there is a warning given that it should not be taken during last trimister ?

During 32 weeks my AFI was 6.5 cm and my doppler study says that MCA PSV 40.75 cm/sec
