Can Enalapril Prolonged Use Cause Drop Foot And Non-healing Blister On Calf?

after taking enalipril for over 15 yrs. could it be possible my mom has developed side effects after all this time and how long does it take for the enalipril to finally be cleaned out of her system altogether? and she also has drop foot and a blister on her calf that won't heal,it just oozes clear liquid,only the prednisone stops it from leaking but after she's done with the prednisone it starts leaking (oozin) again,because of her drop foot she always wears a brace.help thanks Doc.
