Can Ercefuryle Cause Harm To The Foetus?

hi, i am 14 weeks pregnant and i am having vomating and diariya last 2 days i took 2 pils of ercefuryle 200mg (Nifuroxazide) is it dangerouis to the baby ?? i feel better should i complete ,notcing that in my first baby 5 years ago i didnt have any vomating symtomes ,this pregnency is excosted me since the first day and my doctor say it is normale .i beleive somthing is missing here since i loose 3 siste 4 month before this pregnency and i still have one (the darker one i have 2 years now) ...thank you

my weight ia 96.7kg height 1,62 meter we have diabitic in the family ,blood type o+

Hello,
Please do not self medicate during pregnancy. The medication you have used to control vomiting is mostly used to treat bacterial diarrhea. Though there has been no proven teratogenic effect with this drug, it is suggested not to be used during pregnancy. There are better medications like doxylamine used to control vomiting during pregnancy. Try to change your dietary habits and the diet. Please ask your consultant for further help. Please get an anomalies scan later to know if there are any abnormalities in the fetus. Hope this helps.
