Can Eurax Cream Be Used To Ease The Irritation?

Hi. I have burnt skin on hand from hot boiling water. I don't have proper cream for burnt skin but Eurax cream (Crotamiton) and I'm wondering if I can use it to ease the irritation? Also, I've run the burnt area under cold running water for about 15 minutes. What else can I do to ease the pain? Thank you so much.
