Can Fascia Unwind? I Felt A Tear In The Pinky

Can Fascia unwind? I felt a tear in the pinky of my left hand and I feel "IT" pull, until it separates from me and is gone. I believe its just floating under my skin. I've had x-ray and cat. Told its in my head, but I feel a MRI is needed. But can't get a Dr to sign for one. Advice?
