Can FertilAid And FertiliTea Cause Anovulatory Cycles?

Hi, I am using FertilAid and FertiliTea for little over 2 months. I am ttc. My cycles are very long 35-51days. I am using this to regulate my period and to make me ovulate. First two cycles I did not ovulate but got my period. What is causing me not to ovulate. I test regulary to see if I am ovlating but nothing yet. Can FertilAid and FertiliTea cause me not to ovulate? If, not then what is?
