Can Fertyl Tablet Cause Problem In Maturing Of Eggs?

hi, i am 33 years old, 5ft 5 inches, 53 kgs. I have pcod and am trying to conceive. i had fertyl tablet this month and got no periods. Doc said i will not get ovulation this month, as my follicles were monitored on day 8 last month, and the eggs had not matured by them. Is the tablet creatinh a problem.
