Sir, My Grandmother is suffering from knee Osteoarthritis for more than 10 years.In 2012 an X ray suggested that she had osteopenia and osteoarthritis in right knee.In 2014 a BMD test showed that she had little bone loss with a Z score of 0.9.She now has pain in both legs.It would be generous if you suggest me any treatment option. She lives in Bangladesh Also I suggested her to take these medicines as written below Ace(Paracetamol 500 mg 4 times a day), Festum Gel(Ketoprofen Topical 3-4 times a day), Bangay Ultra Cream(Methyl Salicylate + Menthol + Camphor Topical 3-4 times a day), Ostocin(Capsaicin 3-4 times a day), Calbo D(Calcium Carbonate + Vitamin D3 (500 mg + 200 IU 2 times after meal)).
