Can Finpecia Induce Impotence?
Hi, i am 25 years old and suffering from hair loss and using finpecia 1 mg and regaine 5% for last 8 months. After having information from few sources i found that finpecia might have some sexual side effects.Can i stop it or will it have some major side effects??

This drug is basically an anti-androgen that reduces or suppresses male hormones! The receptor on which this tablet acts is present in prostate as well as microvessels of hair follicle/skin. Therefore there is chance that it would suppress your prostatic hormones and thereby reduce your sexuality/potence.
This is a theoretical adverse effect therefore better consult your physician for some tests before stopping it for ever!
