Can Flecainide Acetate And Metoprolol Be Taken Regularly After Accidental Overdosage?

I take flecainide acetate 50 mg one and half tablets twice a day along with metoprolol succer 25 mg three times a day also Eliquest 50 mg twice a day and lisinopril 10 mg twice a day. I take my medicine at 8 oclock in the morning and evening .But Monday, I took this medicine at the regular time ,but accidently took it again at twelve o clock that night. I called the Poison center and the nurse wanted me to go to the hospital but I did so they calling periodically for me to check my blood pressure and make sure I did not go into a- fib which I did not,and recommend I not take the Flecainide and metoprolol on Tuesday morning, but take the rest of my medicine. Now I m not sure if I took the medicine Tuesday evening but to make sure I did not overdose again, I skipped the dose.Will it be okay to begin taking my regular schedule medicine at 8 o clock on Wednesday? I have been taking Flecainide for over a year and the other medicine about two years. I feel fine this morning waiting for 8 oclock to take my regular scheduled medicine again.
