Can Fragmin Result In Abdominal Cramps, Vaginal Bleeding, Clots And Back Pain?

I m 7 weeks pregnant with blood clots in my lungs, diagnosed last year in April. Due to rivaroxaban - the blood thinner I was on it cause me to have extremely heavy vaginal bleeding with clots, this went on until September last year when I took myself off the medication due to this. 2 days ago my dr put me on fragmin, the injection- injected in my thigh, since last night I ve been having extremely heaving vaginal bleeding, with clots, leg pain, back pain and occasional heavy abdominal cramp, is this because of the medication or could I be miscarring

Hi, I think you should go for a ultrasound to confirm the cause of bleeding. Chances of miscarriage is higher as you are having cramps and back pain. Consult your doctor. Hope it helps.
