Can Fucidin Be Still Be Used After A Year Of Its Expiry?

Hi i was just wanted to know if fucidin can still be used a year after its expiry and are there any possible side effects if i do use it? I only ask because my doctors office is closed and i need it in the worst way but i only have the expired tube...
