Can Garcinia Cambogia Be Taken For Weight Loss?

I am a Final year dentistry student.due to my busy schedule I cannot indulge in working out.Can I use garnacia cambogia for weight loss.I take medicine for hyperthyroidism Thyroxine 50 mg daily in the morning.I have no other medical complications . I have bought it but I just want to confirm before using it

Hello there,
Garcinia cambogia nowadays is promoted as a weight loss supplement. It works as an appetite suppressant and helps you lose weight by restricting calorie intake. It is fairly safe to use and can be used alongside your thyroid medication. I would still advise you to still squeeze out 45 minutes of exercise a day, If not together then split it into 3 fifteen minute sessions. Just brik walking, taking the stairs instead of the lift, burpees will help you burn extra fat. Also never skip breakfast and try to have light dinners.
