Dear Sir/Madam,
Welcome to HCM.
Both Glimisave and Mopaday are long acting tablets so the effect may persist for more than 24 hours giving you normal readings but, this is a very harmful way of controlling sugars. Better than this you can consult your Diabetologist with the readings and try stopping one tablet. I would generally prefer to stop mopaday as it is currently under controversy (Pioglitazone association with Bladder Cancer). I Strongly recommend you not to do dose adjustment on your own. Please take professional help while adjusting dosages.
