hi doc m 19 year old girl studying in college my skin tone is not fair and its not so dark medium neither dark nor it is fair and after surfing the net i found out about advanced I dr james glutathione pills .i have not used those bills yet i havnot purchased but before doing so i want ur opinion and also wanted to know after takin such glutathione supplements what would be the results and how long my skin will remain fairer evn wen i wil stop using it
Glutathione is nothing but antioxidant which can reduce damage to your skin cells by reducing free radical damage. It is also said to have anti-melanogenic properties. Vitamin C should be taken along with Glutathione for best results. Visible results can take months and multiple sittings of treatment. Sun exposure should also be avoided.
