Can Gupisone Used For Vitiligo Be Stopped Without Any Side Effects?

hi doctor, i have been using gupisone 5mg for past one year weekly twice for vitiligo treatment.now i would wish to stop using it as i cant see any differnce with it and am putting on weight . i would like to know can i stop using this tablet suddenly . can you suggest

Hello,

I would recommend you to taper the dose. You can reduce it to 5 mg once weekly for 8 weeks and then stop it. Don’t stop it suddenly.
