Can HBP And Hardening Of The Heart Cause Change In The Arm?

We noticed last night the my husbands right arm is significantly smaller than it use to be and and a lot smaller than left arm and he is right handed. For the past year he has been treated for high blood pressure and hardening of the heart. What would cause this change in the arm ?

No blood pressure will not cause change in arm.blood pressure has no relation to arm span or diameter
