Can HCG Diet Cause Fibrous Dysplasia Of Bone?

I am a 20 year old overweight female with monostotic skull fibrous dysplasia, which exhibited itself when I was 11 and has now burned itself out leaving me with profound hearing loss in the right ear, I am really interested in the hcg diet, but should i be concerned that the Hcg, might promote the fibrous bone to grow again
