Can HGC Diet Prevent Rupturing Of Follicles?

Hello Doctor, I am 34 years old having PCOS and had one miscarriage at 5 th month 7 years back, after that i am not conceived, i am taking clomophine citrate 100 mg from day 3 to 7 and from 11th day i am taking progynova tablets and doing ultrasound scanning i am able to get the dominant follicles 2-3 by day 17, but with Hcg or luproid injections it is not rupturing. can you kindly suggest, thanks
