Can HIV Be Contracted If Condom Breaks?

dear doctor,

I am 29 years old man from UAE

I have a questian about HIV, i had a sex with a prostitutes at first time and during that begining time my condom brocken. same time I took out and use another one.

please advise me is there any chance for HIV ? i am totally tenced

During sexual intercourse if condom ruptured ( in between ) then it is counted as unprotected sex and so also the equal risk of getting HIV infection .
However many things are counted , that how much time penis remain in vagina , cervical secretion and vaginal secretion contracted or not .
So now only option is get in rapid nucleic acid amplification ( pcr rna ) test for HIV infection confirmation.
Antibodies to HIV begin to appear within 2 weeks of initial infection ( contract ).
So get in this test .
