Can HIV Be Contracted Through Oral Sex?

Hi Dr. Rynne. I have been only with one partner for many years. However, yesterday I received unprotected oral sex from a female (im a male) that i just met at a bar. It was only for a few minutes and I ejaculated in her mouth. Today i am very anxious, and have some uncomfortable sensation in my penis but it resembles more the sensation of a UTI. I want to know what are the real risks of what happened. Am I at a serious risk of having an STD? how long should I wait before getting tested? how long would sysmtops appear? thank you so much..stupid mistake I ll never repeat.
