Can HIV Be Contracted Through Protected Intercourse?

I had protected sex woth csw. However at the end i found condom to be covering only half of penis. I started throat being uncomfortable after 4 days. Now i feel like tonsil from 10th day. I have few rashes in two hands from 11th day. Please suggest the risk of hiv in this case.

HIV can't be contracted by using condoms.

- you have itching, rash and throat
- it may be due to reproductive tract infection
- treat your infection with proper antibiotics from nearby physician
-hiv will take years to develop symptoms and months to diagnose on lab test
-still if you have a query, than check for HIV after 5 months
