Can HIV Be Contracted Through Unprotected Intercourse?

hello i had a rick sexual encounter with a prostitute by the end of Octuber, in which the condom slipped off, ]I don´t know if there were penatrations without the condom, I´m so scared that I got HIV, I got tested 46 days after that and It was nagative but I am really anxious about it, can´t sleep, I´ve been losing weight and my gum are swellen.
what do you think? can I get the virus? what should I do? please help me

You already had an HIV test and the result was negative. In that case, you should not be obsessive about HIV infection and worry unnecessarily. Just leave it and believe the test results.
