Can HIV Be Contracted Through Unprotected Oral Sex And Protected Anal Sex?

I ve had 2 boyfriends, first one didn t previously have an experiences with anyone and neither did i so he s clean, my last boyfriend now my ex has been with 3 girls and i don t know about his sexual experiences i know he s not a virgin but thats all i know, i had unprotected oral with him and protected anal (both happened a various number of times) i asked about any possible risks he s had in the past and he just got offended although i don t see why it was a simple question and i just wanted to stop worrying about possibly getting any std s especailly HIV..what are the chances? I m so worried
