Can HIV Be Contracted Through Unprotected Oral Sex?

Hi, I am a female and I gave unprotected oral sex to a guy last month. I had engaged in deep throating during this time and he did not ejaculate. Two days later I had pain in my throat that went away that same night. On the third day after the encounter I noticed white pus spots all over my tonsils. They increasingly got worse in appearance but did not hurt. the doctor gave me tonsilitis medication that deminshed the pus a bit, but after the meds finished they grew back. She gave me another set of the same medication and the same thing happened. The pus is no where near as bad as it was the first time, but it s still present and they are in the same spots. The only other symptoms I ve had were very mild discomfort in my throat here and there, in addition to the effects of being so worried and panicked over what this could be. It is now a month later and the pus is faint but still present. I had testing done for all sti s and std s and they all came out negative but I m so worried that this may be hiv because that one is the only one which could possibly be at a false negative if tested for it too early. Do these symptoms align with acute hiv symptoms? Im not sure if he might have Pre-cum, but would that raise my chances of contracting an std like hiv?
