Can HIV Be Contracted Through Unprotected Sexual Intercourse?

My age is 32 and I live in Thailand since 6 years and I had multiple unprotected sex with atleast 30 women without condom..and after each round I wash my penis with soap..but today after so long I got some burning on my penis head and saw a ring of red lumps at the edge of my penis...I am very scared of the HIV .please help me regarding this.

Thank you for your query.Yes there are chances of transmission of HIV by unprotected intercourse.The chances are higher if there are multiple partners.The symptoms may be due to irritation or fungal infection. It is better to go for HIV and STDs tests now.Consult your doctor for examination and Investigations.
