Can HIV Be Transmitted Without Sexual Intercourse?

Dear Doctor.
I had a dance with a girl where i was wearing my pants clothes and under garments . The girl was wearing her under pants. ihad some close touches with the above dicription while dancing. My question is can HIv be transmitted through vaginal fluids through her under pants and my trouser during dancing while i had this this contacts .
