Can HIV Positive Person Have Sex With Her Partner Without A Condom?

My friend is HIV positive, she consulted the Dr with her partner, she was surprised to hear from the DR that they can continue having sex without condom with her partner as long as one of them does not go out and sleep with other people since they will get a new HIV strain. is this true??

No sexual intercouse without condom

Explanation,
1. If one partner is hiv positive and other is negative and when participate in the intercourse hiv will spread from positive to negative individual without using safety precausions like condom
2. The doctor said may be wrong or the friend said to you want to make a joke that is why you friend said that one can participste in intercourse without condom if one has positive status that other will not be infected. Hiv didnot know that the couple participating is partners or not it only knows to infect the others fresh blood and to increase the colony of that hiv strain
