Can Herbalife Supplements Cause Numbness, Or Should I Stop Taking Them Due To Recent Symptoms?

Hi, from 1 week onwards iam getting numbness slowly , I don’t know why, I am scared if this Ptofucts cause any numbness , iam using supplements because of that anything’s problem, using multivitamin, cellulose, joint support, active fibre, beta heart ,calcium,सिम्प्ली probiotic,brain health& immune health. Please want to know whether to take herbal life nutrition or not
