Can Hifenac Relive The Arthritis Pains Or Cure?

I am 75, 6ft tall and weigh 80Kgs. Have a foot drop in the right leg and due to severing of the nerve during an operation in 1958 the muscles in the right leg particularly knee downwards are atrophied ( Pardon spelling).

Have recently developed arthritis in both knees.

How often can I take hifenac? Is it a cure for arthiritis or a pain killer ?
