Can Hills-sachs Dis Formity Result In Arthritis?

Hi, I found out today that I have a Hills-sachs deformity and have scheduled an appointment with an Ortho Dr. In the mean time I've been doing some research to go to the appointment educated and prepared. Are there some sites you suggest for me to read up on? I've also not found much on what to expect in the future if I don't need surgery. Am I at an increased risk for arthritis in that joint? Thanks for the help!
