Can Hydromorphone 4mg And Hydrocodone 5mg Be Taken Within 3 Hours Gap?

I know it is probably not ideal, but I also know there are some medications one should ABSOLUTELY never combine and are highly deadly in combinations with each other. Would combining a 4mg dose of hydromorphone with 5mg hydrocodone when spaced apart from each other by 2-3 hours be ok?
