Can Hydroxyz HCL Be Taken Prior To Dialysis?

Hi, my name is Gloria, I have had lupus since I was 19. I lost my transplanted kidney about 3yrs ago. I am on dialysis again, my fistula was revised in January. I have been having numbness on my hand and feet, once they take the needles out numbness goes away. They have given me Hydroxtz HCL 25mg to help the numbness. Can I take 1/2 tab before dialysis to see if it helps YYYY@YYYY
