Can Hydroxyzine Be Taken After Using Methamphetamine?

What will hydroxozine do to me while coming down from crystal meth? Is it safe? I m a first time user, I m extremely cold and my vision is blurry, causing me to be super paranoid of sudden death from hypothermia or maybe doing damage to my eyesight. Will hydroxozine help me and if so how many mg should I take? 130lb 5 2 female
