Can Hymox And Claritt 500 Cause Loose Motion?

I am taking 1000 mg HYMOX (Amoxycillin) twice daily and Claritt 500 mg (Clarithromycin) twice daily. A side effect I am experiencing is mild Loose Motions -- should I be taking a probiotic like Bifilac ? Age 58 yrs - diagnosed with Active Gastritis associated with H Pylori
