Can I-Pill Disturb The Periods Cycle?

helllo sir. i had three ipills in my last cycle.but the cycle was on date 14th jan- the usual time. this time in feb my cycles have been delayed. generally i have a tendency of getting my period delayed by 1-7 days.this time shld i treat it as a normal delay or can this be the effect of the ipills taken last month?do i need to visit the doc for the possible pregnancy?
