Can I, After Being Diagnosed With Lupus And Fibromyalgia Have A Sexual Relationship With A Man Diagnosed With HIV And HCV?

Thank you. First, I am a 54 yr old with Lupus and Fibromyalgia. I have recently met someone and am interested in pursuing a relationship. This man, I am female, has been diagnosed with and treated for HIV. He also has HCV untreated. This is a non-sensible question, almost. I am very interested in this man. Should our relationship develop into a sexual relationship, with my issues considered, what precautions should be used and how effective, with HIV, are condoms. I m less concerned about HCV, other than he needs to be treated, but I m very concerned about even kissing this man because of his HIV. Help!

You should not develop sexual relationship with him not even kissing. both the HCV and HIV may get spread via this. hcv has more chances of spread via this route than hiv. so do not indulge in sex with man.
