Can I Apply Alokem Gel Just After Gycovira Cream?

I hav moles on my cheeks n on consulting a doctor he prescribed me glycovira cream(glycolic acid 12%) only to be used on the moles n dan another cream named alokem 75 to be used on the entire face.I want to know dat should I first washoff the glycovira cream before applying the alokem gel or should i use it without washing off the glycovira cream...???
