Hi,thanks for query.First of all you should try to look for the reason for this itching.Any local allergy or some food plays a role in to it or not.Mometasone is a steroid and should not be used without advise from your doctor.Prolonged use of steroids can lead to problem.
wishing you good health.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Kindly provide more information. Which part of your body has this problem. Is there any scaling seen. You may be having fungal infection which will subside for sometime and come back after you stop using the cream. It would be best to request proper examination and advice from a Dermatologist who will best be able to help you with proper antifungal treatment if necessary.
