Widal test is serological test to diagnose enteric fever (Typhoid) o is somatic antigen and H is flagellar antigen its expressed in increasing dilutions. a rising titre is more useful but it has limitations. Positive only after 7 days Enteric fever may be picked up clinically or blood culture may be done .
