Can I Be Pregnant, After Taking A Depo Shot A Day Later To Sexual Act?

Could I be pregnant? I had sex in June then a day later I got my depo shot. July through August I bled, in September I didn't have another period,my breasts have gotten bigger and started to discharge, I feel bloated all day. I've taken about 4 pregnancy tests all came back negative.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
If you have taken depo shot during the menstrual period, the possibility of pregnancy is less.
If you have taken depo in the middle of the month, there is possibility of pregnancy.
You once go for ultrasound.
Ultrasound helps in ruling out the possibility of pregnancy and also in finding out the possibility for irregular withdrawal bleeding.
If no abnormality is detected in ultrasound, the symptoms you are having could be due to the depo.
Possibly these will subside soon.
You can go for symptomatic treatment with your doctor's advice.
If the symptoms persist, after completion of the time of the deposit, you can go for some other contraceptive method.
Take care.
