Can I Conceive With One Of My Tubes Tied?

Dear Doc I m very happy to see this site I think it will help me lot I have one baby boy and he born on 03/04/2007 and after that one of my tube has removed(left) now the doctor proscribe me and my husband zanocin 200 to avoide any prob. in future pregnancy is every thing is safe if we plan for next baby Thanks
