Can I Conceive Within 3 Months From Miscarriage ?

Hi doc I had misscarriage after 5 weeks of pregnancy,every thing happened in normal way.Now my Doc is saying that wait for 3 months. Is there any particular reason behind it? She also told me to take TORCHNIL Cap. for three months. Cant I concieve during in these three months? What can I avoid this kind of problem in future?
